Three menus, three ways to discover the Cantabrian Sea.

Abarike’s tasting menus begin with the season and the catch. Marea baja, Marea viva and Marea alta share the same cooking, with journeys of different lengths. This guide brings together compositions, prices and start times to help you choose.

Which tide should you choose?

Marea baja is the shortest journey: three shellfish dishes, one fish dish and one dessert. Marea viva expands the selection to four shellfish dishes and two fish dishes, with one dessert. Marea alta offers six shellfish dishes, two fish dishes and two desserts. The difference is the length of the journey; the season still guides what reaches the table.

With these two menus, the selection is entrusted to the kitchen. Rather than a fixed list of dishes to choose from, the available ingredients and Lara Roguez’s judgement shape the proposal. If you prefer to choose your dishes, explore our à la carte menu.
