Abarike is once again part of the Michelin Guide for the third consecutive year.

The gala held in A Coruña has renewed our status as a Michelin Recommended restaurant, an award that focuses on gastronomic quality , the product and the coherence of the project.

Within the Michelin Guide there are different distinctions:

Recommended Restaurant

It recognizes establishments with a solid offering, meticulous technique, and high-quality products. It's not tied to a price range, but rather to the overall quality of the experience.

Bib Gourmand

It rewards restaurants with good value for money within a reasonable average price range. The affordability of the products is a key factor in this type of award.

In our case, Michelin recognizes Abarike's gastronomic proposal within the Recommended category, where the main criterion is the quality of the product and the cuisine.

For us, being part of this category for three consecutive years confirms that the path we have chosen, focused on the Cantabrian Sea, traceability and the bar experience, makes sense, and that we are undoubtedly on the threshold of Michelin stars.

We continue working with the same goal as always: to improve every pass, every service, and every detail.

Thank you for being there and for being part of this journey.
